PROM

Dress: Jones & Jones Poppy Dress
Shoes: Dorothy Perkins

As you can see I didn't go for the traditional, long, flowing prom dress and uncomfortable but beautiful platforms. However, I love this dress and the shoes are extremely walkable (ok, that's not a word. But I could literally run in these mid heels and they looked beautiful) - I will be able to wear both of these again whether that is to a party or wedding. All in all, prom was a fabulous night with all my friends and I loved it! Despite the fact that an hour before, my little brother dropped by transparent minaudiere and it completely smashed so I had to get my dad to rush out and buy me a new one. I sprinted out of my door straight after applying my makeup. I didn't even know what I looked like - stressed but well dressed ;) It was a great night though. However, the fancy hotel could have made the food sizes a bit bigger - you always find that expensive food means smaller portions - I would have loved a slice of cheesecake the size of my head!
