Dressing for the colder weather can be a struggle. Especially when you're wearing an outfit you really want to show off but don't want to hide it with a big coat. Would you rather freeze to death or stay warm with a fashionable coat?
I opt for the stylish jacket every time - this year I am wearing this red faux shearling biker. River Island have a wide range of women's coat and jackets which means you can find one to suit all outfits. Like a cropped fur jacket to go with your little black dress or a puffer jacket to go with a more sporty outfit.
During the week I am usually wear a pair of my favourite jeans with a casual top and some trainers. Then adding a bright jacket to my minimal outfit can change the whole look. It is also lined with faux shearling and it feels amazing. I have asked a good amount of people to stroke the inside of my jacket in the past couple of days - they can also agree that it feels soft and cosy.
Choosing a red jacket is really pushing the boat for me as I usually stick to my black, white and grey theme. At the moment, I am really loving the pop of colour and red seems to be the colour of the season. I am also wearing my Topshop Jamie Jeans and Mariah Flyzoom Trainers from Nike!
