BLOGMAS DAY 12 // WINTER LIPSTICK

Nothing screams winter more than a red lipstick! Every year around about this time, this Mac Cremesheen lipstick in Brave Red pops out of my makeup bag. I love the cremesheen lipsticks from Mac as they are easy to apply and stay moisturising on the lips without drying up. I always get nervous about wearing red lipstick, I really don't want to be walking around with a red face rather than lips. And as much as I love Miranda Sings, I wouldn't want a lipstick inspired by her. But, I'm slowly learning the techniques haha! I have still yet to wear a bold lipstick to college, I guess you really do have to be brave to wear this shade of red!

  5. Totally agree - red is made for winter, especially the festive season! My top tip for making lipstick stay during the day is blotting it out with tissue/blotting paper after application. It also makes the colour less intense too if you want a more subtle colour!
